1.General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the bktk1 platform and its users. Key terms used throughout are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to the bktk1 website, mobile site, and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has registered on bktk1 or is using the platform.
• "Account" refers to your registered personal profile on the platform.
• "Balance" refers to the current total amount of funds in your account.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits granted by the platform that can be used under specific conditions.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh. bktk1 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes will take effect from the moment they are published.

2.Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on bktk1 and use any service on the platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bktk1 may request valid proof of age at any time for verification.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or must be accessing the platform from Bangladesh.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
• If you have applied for a full or partial self-exclusion, opening a new account is prohibited until that period has ended.

3.Account Security & Responsibility

Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind at all times:

• Never share your login details (username and password) with anyone else.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify bktk1 support immediately.
• If someone else conducts transactions using your account, those transactions will be treated as your own, unless you had notified support beforehand.
• Transferring, selling, or renting your account is strictly prohibited.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

The following payment methods can be used to deposit and withdraw funds on bktk1: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks).

Additional Conditions

• You must use a payment method registered in your own name for deposits and withdrawals. Transactions from another person's account are not accepted.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• If there is an active bonus wagering requirement, withdrawals may be partially restricted.
• For suspicious transactions, bktk1 reserves the right to conduct additional verification, which may take more time.
• If you experience any technical issue with a deposit or withdrawal, contact support immediately.

5.Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bktk1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. These offers are governed by the following conditions:

Welcome Bonus

New users may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total deposit). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

VIP Cashback Program

bktk1 has three VIP tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

You can gradually move up to a higher tier based on your gaming activity.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are only for the person in whose name the account is registered.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household, address, device, or IP address is prohibited.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified time period; unused bonuses will expire and be cancelled.
• bktk1 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If fraud or misuse is suspected, the bonus will be forfeited.

6.Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games operated on the bktk1 platform — live casino, slots, fishing games, bingo, and cricket betting — are governed by the following rules:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is impartial and fair.
• In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game, the result will be determined according to the game provider's rules.
• Once a bet amount is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• Before placing a bet on cricket, ensure that the match is valid and currently in play. Bets on cancelled or abandoned matches will be settled according to applicable rules.
• If a live game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical issue, the relevant game provider's policy will be followed.

7.Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bktk1. If any such activity is proven, the account will be immediately closed and the balance will be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to launder money or clean funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• Using any software, bots, automation, or artificial methods to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Attempting fraud by filing illegitimate payment chargebacks.

8.Responsible Gaming

bktk1 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should always be enjoyed in a controlled and responsible manner. To support user well-being, we provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: You can set weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Time Limits: You can set a time limit for continuous gaming sessions.
• Cool-off Period: You can temporarily deactivate your account for a set period of time.

bktk1 is not liable in the following cases:

• If the user suffers financial loss as a result of their own gaming decisions.
